Holly A. Higgins, 13 Bolton Drive (Map 41, Parcel 11). Special Permit~under Zoning Bylaw Sections 3.3.5 and 3.3.7 to remove and replace an existing garage and breezeway in the same footprint.
EB explained that as there were only four members of the five member board present all four members would have to vote in the affirmative for the petition to be granted. The Petitioner was advised that she would be able to request that a fifth member listen to the audio if she felt it would be to her benefit. Ms. Higgins chose to proceed.
Making the presentation was Ms. Higgins. The foundation of her single attached garage is eroding due to water runoff and the breezeway that is attached is pulling away as a result. She would like to raise the building and repair, if possible, the existing foundation or pour a new foundation.
RF made a motion to close the public hearing and CS seconded the motion. The Board voted to agree 4-0.
CS made a motion to grant the petition as presented and RF seconded the motion. The Board voted to approve 4-0.
